All services are subject to written estimates and agreements provided directly to clients. Pricing, timelines, and warranties are determined on a project-by-project basis.

• A deposit may be required before work begins.
• Final payment is due upon completion of the project.
• Late payments may be subject to fees or collection actions as permitted by New Jersey law.

Nagy Roof and Repair provides a 15-year transferable workmanship warranty on qualifying roof replacements, as detailed in our official warranty documentation. Material warranties are subject to manufacturer terms and may vary.
We make no guarantees beyond what is expressly stated in your signed agreement.

While we take every precaution to perform high-quality work, Nagy Roof and Repair is not liable for:

• Indirect or consequential damages.
• Delays caused by weather, material shortages, or factors beyond our control.
• Pre-existing conditions of your property or roof structure not visible during inspection.

Our maximum liability for any claim related to our services shall not exceed the amount paid for that specific project.

You may cancel scheduled services prior to project start by contacting us directly. Deposits may be non-refundable once materials are ordered or work is scheduled.
